Terms & Conditions

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the FujiView app ("the app"), provided by Felippe-Michel Wick ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms take precedence to the extent permitted.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

2. Your content

Photos and other content you use in the app remain yours. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you create, export or share with the app.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app except where law expressly allows it.

4. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the app. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

6. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

7. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
