Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data the FujiView app ("the app") processes, why, and what rights you have. It applies to the iOS app and this website.

1. Who is responsible

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:

Felippe-Michel Wick
Germany
felippe.ventures@gmail.com

2. Data the app processes

  • Photos and metadata you choose to open in the app, processed on your device. Files in a folder stay on the card until you save a copy
  • Product interaction, crash, and performance data, linked to a per-install device identifier for analytics. Not used for tracking, and session replay is off

The app does not require an account. It does not sell your data and does not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the app's features — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics to keep the app stable — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a working product).

4. Service providers

Some processing is done by providers acting on our behalf. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, it is protected by an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Vexo — Product analytics on production builds. Session replay is off

5. Photos and on-device processing

The app only accesses photos you explicitly select. They are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you actively choose to share or export them.

6. Retention

Diagnostic data is kept for at most 90 days. Everything else stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, email felippe.ventures@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes

We will update this page when the app's data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
